Paru2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the paru2 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Effective: January 1, 2026. These terms are subject to Malaysian law.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the paru2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use the paru2 platform.
These terms constitute a valid, binding agreement between you as the user and paru2 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any amendments is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The paru2 platform is intended only for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. paru2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and suspend accounts if this requirement is not met.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is allowed to have only one registered account on paru2. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts and freezing of balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, valid email address, phone number, and any other requested details. paru2 reserves the right to verify this information at any time and may request supporting documents if necessary.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone else. Any activity under your account is considered your own unless you have promptly reported unauthorized access to paru2.
For account security, we recommend logging out after each session, especially when using shared devices. Use a unique, strong password that you do not use for other accounts.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a paru2 user, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activities, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanisms to access or exploit the platform without written authorization from paru2.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform’s security systems.
- Spreading false or misleading information about paru2 to other users or the public.
- Using someone else’s account or sharing your login credentials with third parties.
- Engaging in any activities that compromise the integrity of gaming or betting on the platform.
Paru2 reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate actions, including suspending or terminating accounts, confiscating balances involved in rule violations, and reporting to relevant authorities when necessary.
4. Payment Information and Transactions
All transactions on the paru2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). paru2 supports various local payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, etc.) and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay).
All successful deposits credited to your account are final and non-reversible except under specific conditions agreed by paru2. Withdrawals will be processed only to bank accounts or e-wallets registered under your name. paru2 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. This is a standard security procedure to ensure your funds are sent to the rightful recipient and to prevent unauthorized account use.
Paru2 is not responsible for any delays in processing caused by banks or third-party payment providers. If there are any discrepancies in transaction records, you must contact paru2 within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits, and Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
Paru2 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of term violations, fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities. In such cases, paru2 may also withhold account balances pending investigation.
Users wishing to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting paru2 support. Any valid balance will be returned after all withdrawal conditions are met.
Liability Limit
Paru2 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from platform use, including losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, or betting outcomes. paru2's maximum liability to any user in any circumstance is limited to the actual account balance at the time of the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials on paru2 are owned by paru2 or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You are not allowed to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of this content without prior written permission from paru2.
6. Third-Party Links, Amendments, and Governing Law
Third-Party Links
The paru2 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. paru2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Terms Amendments
Paru2 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time at our discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. We will strive to notify users of significant changes via website notices or registered email. Continued use of the platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising related to these terms or the use of the paru2 platform shall first be resolved through sincere negotiation.
